We are Ramekin and Rolling Pin, a social enterprise cookery school and community kitchen based in Kirkintilloch on the outskirts of Glasgow.

Our cookery school offers a range of cookery classes designed to develop your skills and confidence in the kitchen. Under the guidance of a professional chef, you will learn how to prepare and cook a wide variety of cuisines from around the world.

Sustainability, provenance, and waste reduction are important to us. In our classes, where possible, you will use nothing but the finest locally, ethically and seasonally sourced ingredients.

As a social enterprise, all proceeds from our cookery masterclasses go towards providing free community focused workshops where everyone can experience the benefits of cooking and eating together, regardless of finance, confidence or ability.

Our community kitchen offers opportunity for people in the local area to come together in a safe and inclusive space to cook healthy low cost meals, make social connections and explore aspects of the food system, including sustainability, seasonality, health and nutrition.
